Expect late day and early morning birds to sing throughout the mountain valley in front of you. ***Bugs (lady bugs, ants, millipedes, bees, and other insects) may be present - even inside the chalet on occasion. Our house is professionally treated by a licensed pest control company on a monthly basis. Being in the heart of the mountains can create its challenges with insects. We do not allow refunds for the presence of these type of insects so please consider that as you decide if this property is right for you. ***Bears frequent the area and they are dangerous. If you throw any trash into the outside trash bins please make sure the lid is shut tightly to avoid attracting bears. ***The hot tub is a great place to relax. Children must be supervised by an adult while using the hot tub. Pets are NOT allowed in the hot tub.
